HOUTOU noodles are famous in this region for one good reason, tradition. We make our own noodles and use only the finest ingredients to give everything that soecial flavour. Portins are always generous and freshness is guaranteed. Houtou noodles are a favorite among the locals-here. We hope to make them a favorite of yours as well.

Our secret flat noodles are simmered in rich flavored miso sauce and are complemented with pumpkin, sweet potatoes and Fuji mountain vegetables.
